Chosen by Forbes as one of the must-attend nonprofit conferences, Cause Camp draws in the best of the best when it comes to nonprofit thought leaders. And we wouldn’t dare make you choose one speaker over another. We’re proud to put on a one-track, complete conference so you’re not missing out on anyone or anything. Cause Camp doesn’t employ your typical breakout sessions, either. Attendees get the opportunity to chat with industry experts in our Meet the Experts Room, participate in meditation and yoga sessions, attend workshops and take tours of local facilities. Attendees have ample time to take in the full Cause Camp experience and interact with fellow do-gooders, speakers, staff and exhibitors. Everyone who attends the conference is there to work with you to solve real issues facing your organization, from trivial to complex. Pretty good bang for your buck, huh?

Cause Camp is an immersive

boutique conference, dedicated

to teaching nonprofits to hone

their skills and welcome change

We do things a little different at Cause Camp. Instead of lecturing you for hours on end, we aim to inspire and educate, sending you back to your organization with a full list of action items to start making a difference upon arrival. Spark, meet flame—your passion is about to be reignited.

Creating Change Conference

What is Creating Change?
The Creating Change Conference, run by the National LGBTQ Task Force,
is the foremost political, leadership, and skills-building conference for the
LGBTQ social justice movement. Since 1988, Creating Change has created
opportunities for many thousands of committed people to develop and hone
their activist skills, build community, and inspire.
The primary goal of the Creating Change Conference is to build the
LGBTQ movement’s political power from the ground up to secure our overarching
goal of full freedom, justice, and equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender,
and queer people in the United States.

Thousands of LGBTQ and allied activists will gather in Dallas, Texas for the 32nd Creating Change Conference from Wednesday, January 15 through Sunday, January 19 at the Sheraton Dallas.

The program for the conference is currently being planned, but please refer to the 2019 Program Book available on this site to learn more. The 32nd Creating Change Conference will offer nearly 300 workshop and caucus sessions, 20 day long institutes, 3 plenary and keynote sessions, and evening events including dances, films and games!
